I'm Here to Help
I spent years in accounting for small businesses and then running budgets for schools while running my natural health business in reflexology and essential oils. I have to say the two worlds CAN coexist!
Then, my family's world shifted. We discovered neurodiversity within our family, and that's when I fully embraced using essential oils to support us all daily.
My husband, son and daughter are all neurodivergent and all were diagnosed within months of each other. This meant that I had to find solutions and structures to support anxieties and create space for nervous systems to be soothed.
This deep dive has led me to this exact point. I now have a thriving business where I teach my customers and clients how to support their health on all levels with plant medicine – sharing everything I have learnt through the years.
Take Space came from these two threads in my life.
A knowledge that the office world, whilst a dynamic space, can also be one of busyness and stress and that I hold and have evolved (through the need of my family) solutions to help create space for nervous systems to be soothed and stress to be dissolved.

Order Oils
Each employee receives a specially curated trio of essential oils designed to interact with the body and mind to promote calm and clarity. (Approx. £50 per person)
Personalised Education
I personally lead a fun and informative Zoom call/s to teach your team how to use the oils effectively. The calls will give your employees all the information they need to be able to understand and use their oils to be empowered about their stress levels.
Ongoing Support
Employees can schedule a free one-on-one consultation for further guidance. I work in a very personalised way and take great care to listen and support your business needs.
Zoom sessions are recorded, and those are yours to keep.
